Loving Right Now: Nasty Gal Vintage

Wednesday, November 12, 2008

I got a Blackberry recently (can’t seem to part with my paper daily planner though) and have been trying to unsubscribe from some of the mailing lists I’m on so I don’t get swamped by emails. One I think I might keep is Nasty Gal Vintage. The clothes, accessories and shoes are typically $20 or more than I usually like to spend on vintage, but the clothes are so well styled and photographed that the site is more than just an online shop. I love it for great eye candy and styling inspiration, and once in a while, a gotta-have-it, unique item that’s worth the price. This high-waisted emerald skirt would be adorable for a holiday party.

OMG – I’ll take 2 of that turquouise skirt please!!

And if anyone is looking to unload some vintage, my friends in NYC are selling designer and vintage items on ebay for a small percentage. Way better than dealing with consignment! http://www.inyourclosetnyc.com
