Finally...something I can relate to!!
Make-up
I actually noticed you're rocking the smokey eye in several of your latest posts. I find that using grey instead of black works best on most skin tones. You can layer it to get the desired effect and yes...BLEND!
Using a color to create the smokey eye is a great way of keeping it fresh looking and just a bit casual. You would look AMAZING in a deep plum color. mixed with just a hint of gold.
False lashes are amazing but I don't use them. If you have chubby cheeks like I do you end up looking like a weird, kind of grotesque Bo Peep. You want to apply the lashes to a cleen lid. Then use dark liner to hide blend everything together.
One of the best tools for all this fun eye stuff is a flat eye-shadow brush. Get one from a reputable make-up store and reap the benefits! It gives you great control and can be used to apply your favorite shadow as a liner.
Ok...that was fun! Thanks!

GAH! See...clothes, not so much. Make up, yes please!!
Love!

I'd heard that it's best to use the individual ones (which are really just tiny clusters) so I at first bought those. When I brought them home however, I realized that glue wasn't included (?!?!!). So. Those are tossed somewhere in my room. I bought a little kit at CVS that has a set of lashes (strip) and glue - imagine that - so maybe I'll give the individual ones the ol' college try this week.

You looked fab! So, about the fake lashes - did you use the individual ones or the strip? And, did you put them on last or first? or somewhere in between? I must figure out this mystery of the fake lashes - I love them!!
