Paula Mendoza is a local designer who makes some of the most stunningly sophisticated & gorgeous jewelry I've seen. The first time I came across it was on one of the guests at a women's luncheon to welcome Elizabeth Stratman, the new PR Director for Saks in Chevy Chase, and it (and she) was the talk of the lunch. Tonight, Paula will be on hand to show off the newest additions to her line, which she calls “statement pieces that can be worn with any outfit, that add a great romantic touch and a little bit of excitement to the DC woman’s wardrobe.”
