"cute shoes" makes me think they'll be overly girly and impractical and I probably won't be interested, but "cute jackets" makes me think they'll be fitted enough to look good on my small frame. It's so ubiquitous that it's now being repackaged and sold back to us as a marketing tactic. Anyway, that was Wet Seal on Wisconsin Avenue in Georgetown. But if I were you (and especially also if you are also a woman), I'd walk across the street and check out Zara for jackets! Guys, check out The District Line while she's at Zara (though Zara does have a small selection of guys' stuff and it's worth checking out depending on your style).
