Is it just me, or has Project Beltway become less about fashion of late?
This post, like many others, just details the drunk people at this event.
Where is the style? The only full body shot in this entire post features a woman in a hideously unflattering brown dress (far right). I thought one of the main points of Project Beltway was to celebrate figure-friendly and flattering fashions. Leave the un-flattering yet trendy outfits to Pandahead.
Please bring the fashion back, it is sorely missed.

What the site has become is “check out how cool all the people I get to hang out with because I think I’m DC-popular…”
Truth is, none of these people are anywhere near as hot as they think they are.
Very reflective of the DC society — fashion scene or whatever scene.

There is no need to hate on Rachel, but I agree that that brown dress is awful. It looks like it accidentally got washed with a giant turd.

Let’s clear this up: I’m not hating on Rachel– I usually adore this blog.
I’m hating on this post, and all the others like it.
This post, to me at least, was just one of a worring series that I feel have taken away from the ’style’ aspect of Project Beltway. Style, after all, is the reason I am such an avid reader of PB.
Wow, I look busted in that photograph. No food for 18 hours + 8 drinks will do that to a guy.
AHAAh I didn’t even recognize you! I think you look kind of cool in that photo (the last shot).
Black & white makes everyone look cool. Good stuff.
Plus, what fun is a party if you’re too worried about what you look like in a photo to get trashed if you feel like it?
