I love the skirt but her outfit seems off-balance to me. If you’re going to wear a heavy black turtleneck with a light-colored miniskirt, you shouldn’t leave your legs bare and wear minimal shoes. Black kneehigh boots would look a lot better here, or she could have worn stockings with closed shoes. As it is her lower half looks a bit naked. Kneehigh boots and stockings aren’t appropriate for this hot weather, of course, but neither i a black turtleneck!

I think her outfit is a little off, in the matching department. the skirt is a tad to colorful for black top.

Hey, this looks like my friend from jr. high, Alia. If it is you, you are looking fabulous. She has always had an amazing sense of style, even at age 13!

    Brooke,
I’m pretty sure she said her name was Alia. How cool–what a small world!

I am generally opposed to short sleeved turtlenecks. Also is there a belt around the top? It just seems too fussy for what should be a simple summer outfit. I would have opted for a regular tank and tee.

I agree with the others that the outfit just seems top heavy.

Amazing legs on this woman. And carries herself quite well it appears. But I’m going to have to agree…she doesn’t really match. I’m a huge fan of juxtaposition in fashion…but this heavy sweater with the light skirt just does not work. This skirt needs a much more sleek top in a lighter color. The black just dominates the look and the poor skirt gets pushed to the background in an unfortunate way.

Forget about the outfit…The legs and the smile…totally to die for!!
