Damn you Target.

Your capsule collections and oddly adorable & well-priced footwear get me every time. Yesterday I stopped into a Target to grab shaving gel and of course decided to swing by the clothes & shoes just to check it out and got completely sucked in. Almost $100 later, I departed the store with my shaving gel….and two pairs of shoes and a sweater. Gahhh! The pictures below do not AT ALL do the cuteness of both pairs justice. The black patent pumps look kinda square-toed in the picture, and they are not at all, and the tortoise-shell flats look really flattering and kicky in person. Love!

I debated for a while about the sweater. I love the way it fits, the color, the buttons, but now I’m a little scared that I won’t wear it unless I have just the right shirt and bottoms to wear with it. Product posters at the store were showing the pink-and-red version with this tie-front blouse (though NOT tied like that.) which was really cute. It sort of reminds me of the styling J.Crew is doing for their fall lookbook. Anyway, I’m trying to decide if I should keep it. What do you guys think I should wear it with??!

All my favorite shoes have come from Target. For the price, they are very well made and durable and comfortable.

I wish I could buy clothes at Target. I often see thing I like, but they’re always too big! Occasionally I find something that fits, but more often than not I try on a million things only to emerge from the dressing room empty-handed. Target, please make clothes for smaller women!

old blue jeans, sandals, and not a stitch of make up, you’d look hot! this is more of a casual evening by the river with a glass of white sweater, in my opinion. seems too fitted to have a blouse underneath, . (check out pliner’s fiba thong sandal on endless.com)

i have the same sweater! Target rocks. I personally went for a bright yellow tank top of which i only show 2 inches under the sweater. So i suggest a contrasting color (hot pink?) undershirt and dark denim. have fun!
