(To be clear, Mohan does custom MTM suits, not true <a href="http://www.englishcut.com/archives/000004.html" rel="nofollow">bespoke</a>. But given Mohan's reasonable price-point, his MTM suits look, at first blush, to be well worth the modest investment.) Of course, it also doesn't hurt that Watkins is one of those tall, lean fellow, on whom clothes will tend to drape well. The cognac lace-up shoes complement his ensemble -- white dress shirt with cuff links, polka-dotted blue tie (is there something above his tie, by the way?), and subtly-patterned white handkerchief -- quite well. Watkins gets the elusive solid "A." Well done. From the close-up, by the way, it looks as though the suit's fabric is seersucker? If so, then I think your entry on Capitol Hill's seersucker day deserves a parenthetical update, explicitly cross-referencing Watkin's photo and citing the cut of his and Grant Gustafson's suits as the sort of fits to which chaps should aspire. Also, kudos to Gustafson for finding a smart, off-the-rack suit from Brooks (which traditionally cuts their suits a bit too "sackish"), and finding someone to keenly alter it.
