On the Street: Hollywood in Washington

This colorful guy goes by Hollywood, and he hangs out along the U Street corridor and along 14th Street, selling random things like lighters and men’s socks. He told me that his look attracts customers. In terms of personal style, his is the most original style of anyone I’ve seen in Washington (and look ladies–you’re not the only one layering your necklaces!).
